This is a used set of factory 2018 2019 Range Rover Velar 19" wheels and tires. Wheels have scuffs, with partial refinishing, as shown in pictures. The Michelin Latitude Tour HP 255/55WR19 have 70% tread remaining (7/32nd out of 10/32nd new with 0619 DOT). Caps included. No sensors. Bolt Pattern 5x108
